LT1306 UPE ultra-wear-resistant concrete delivery hose uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and SBR & NR synthetic rubber to form a permeable and impact-resistant hose inner layer, which has a good anti-corrosion effect on alkaline substances in concrete. At the same time, UPE's unique characteristics of super abrasion resistance and non-adhesion make Litong Technology UPE super abrasion resistant concrete delivery hose far superior to traditional rubber concrete delivery hoses in terms of medium flow rate, aging resistance, and abrasion resistance. Without changing the flexibility of the hose, the wear resistance of the hose is increased several times, and the UPE super wear-resistant concrete delivery hose of Litong Technology has become the "terminator" of the new material wear resistance problem.
According to the different pressure strength of the conveying concrete, the hose uses 2-4 layers of steel cords as the reinforcement layer. The UPE ultra-wear-resistant concrete delivery hose made of steel cord as the skeleton material has the characteristics of long life and high pressure resistance. The tube body is light and soft, easy to move and operate on site.
Its outer layer is made of SBR&NR synthetic rubber (super wear-resistant UPE outer layer can also be customized), which has super wear resistance and ozone resistance, and can easily cope with various harsh conditions in the construction process.
